Ingredients of Chicken Casserole
- 500 gm chicken boneless
- 2 tablespoon refined flour
- 1/2 cup chopped mushroom
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 500 ml milk
- 100 gm spinach
- salt as required
- 1/2 tablespoon chilli flakes
- 2 grated cheese cubes
- 1 cup boiled hakka noodles
Step 1 Cook the chicken
Heat butter in a pan. Now add boneless chicken pieces to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes. Now flip the chicken pieces and cook for 5 minutes more. Take out the cooked chicken pieces on a plate.
Step 2 Make milk slurry
Now in the leftover butter, add minced garlic and chopped mushrooms. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Add refined flour and saute for a minute. Now pour milk into the pan and cook it for 6-7 minutes. Adjust the salt. Also add boiled noodles, grated cheese, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes and oregano. Cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Step 3 Add spinach and tomatoes
Now add cooked chicken pieces along with spinach leaves and cook for 2 minutes. Cut the cherry tomatoes into half and add them to the pan as well. Cook for five minutes.
Step 4 Bake the casserole
Switch off the flame and add the mixture to a square dish. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
Step 5 Ready to be served
Once baked, Chicken Casserole is ready to be served.
